A really attractive plot of Rustic Land in the Vall de la Gallinera, just outside the village of Benisili, a small peaceful place where life really carries on as in times goneby. The land itself has really lovely country views all around and has a very slight slope and is terraced, these terraces are home to Olive and Almond Groves. There is water available to the site and although peaceful and quiet this land is just a few minutes from the village. The access to the plot is very good, Although tranquil, a short drive brings you to Pego a bustling market town with all of the facilities that you would require and a further 15 minutes or so and you are on the beaches of the sought after coastal resort of Denia, or Oliva just a little further up the coast, so the best of all worlds.
